Privacy Policy

OurVoice is made by Annova Tech (ourvoice.kids). It is built for one family at a time — and it is designed so that your child’s information never leaves your device.

What we collect

Nothing. OurVoice has no accounts, no sign-in, no servers, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind.

Where your data lives

Everything you create in the app — photos, voice recordings, your child’s name and profile, categories, routines, and usage statistics — is stored only on this device, in the app’s private storage.

Camera, microphone and photos

The app asks for camera, microphone and photo-library access only so you can create communication buttons (taking item photos and recording your voice). The photos and recordings stay on the device. They are never uploaded anywhere by the app.

On-device processing

Some features use on-device intelligence — for example suggesting a category for an imported photo, or removing a photo background. All of this processing happens entirely on your device. No image, audio or text is ever sent to us or to any third party.

Backups

You can export your board as a single backup file. That file is created locally and only goes where you send it (for example AirDrop or your own Files app). Your device’s own backup (such as iCloud device backup) may include the app’s data; that is controlled by your device settings, not by this app.

Children’s privacy

OurVoice is made for children, so this matters most: we do not collect, store, or share personal information from anyone — children or adults. There are no third-party ads, no third-party analytics, and no external links a child can reach during normal use.

Changes

If this policy ever changes, the new version will appear here with a new date. Because the app collects nothing, we expect it to stay short.
