What OurVoice is — and is not

OurVoice is a communication aid for families. It is NOT a medical device, and it does not provide medical, diagnostic, or therapeutic advice. It is not a replacement for the guidance of a speech-language pathologist, doctor, or other qualified professional. Always follow the advice of your child’s care team.

Not for emergencies

Do not rely on the app as the only way to communicate urgent or emergency information. In an emergency, contact emergency services directly.

Your content

The photos, recordings and words you add belong to you and stay on your device. You are responsible for the content you add to the app.

Use

The app is provided for personal, family use. Please don’t copy, resell, or redistribute it.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is”. We work hard to make it reliable (including local backups you control), but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free, and we are not liable for losses arising from its use to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves; the latest version will always appear here.
